Take the same walk again

Repeating a familiar route changes what you notice. Once navigation becomes automatic, small variations become more visible: a repaired wall, a different reflection or a new sound.

Record one detail rather than trying to describe everything. Over time, these narrow observations can form a richer account than a single attempt to capture the whole place.
